Quick Homemade Deviled Eggs

Equipment

  • 1 pressure cooker optional

Ingredients

  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 3 tbsp mayo
  • 2 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Hard boil eggs.
  • If using instant pot add 2 cups of water, set for high pressure for 5 minutes, and allow a 5 minute natural release.
  • Transfer hard boiled eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes.
  • Peel egg shells, then slice eggs in half lengthwise.
  • Remove yokes and add to separate bowl. Place egg halves in a 9x13 dish.
  • Combine yokes and remaining ingredients in a bowl until creamy.
  • Add filling back to eggs.
  • Sprinkle with smoked paprika.
  • Enjoy!
